LAMINATED HEAVY DUTY DOCK BUMPERS

Various thicknesses are available in both vertical and horizontal styles. With many options for installing, laminated bumpers offer a wide range of protection to suit any dock requirement. They are long wearing and provide many years of protection.

 

 

Designed to withstand impact force. Laminated dock bumpers are ideal for high traffic commercial loading docks. They are constructed for unique "two-way" protection. Tough rubberized fabric truck tire pads are assembled on a heavy gauge steel frame. Positive anchoring through heavy 1/4" thick steel end plates provide stability and shape retention.

 SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS

Furnish and install laminated rubber dock bumpers as supplied by Xtreme Needs, Boise, ID, (208-377-2520). Model No.__________. Laminated pads shall be rubberized fabric truck tires cut to 4 1/2" x 10" or 4 1/2" x 12" and punched to receive 3/4" support rods. All bumpers must be a minimum of 4 1/2" thick and closed with two 3" x 3" x 1/4" structural steel angles under approximately 1,500 lbs. of pressure. rods shall be welded to angles at one end and closed with a nut at the other end. Anchor lig of angles shall extend a minimum of 3" beyond rubber surface at other end and contain 2 or 3 13/16" anchor holes as required. Anchor bolts are supplied seperately. Finish of exposed metal shall be black lead free enamel or galvanized (hot dipped).
